Account Executive, New Business (New England)

Job Summary
Drive new agency partnerships across the North American territory with a focus on New England. Prospect, outbound, pitch, negotiate, and close net-new business in programmatic advertising while collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, events, onboarding) to ensure a smooth customer experience. Develop customized presentations and campaigns for agencies; respond to RFPs; maintain a robust outbound pipeline targeting 100+ accounts; lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and ensure growth alignment. Remote-first role with regionalized Sales teams; opportunities to participate in local events and utilize tools like Gong, ZoomInfo, and SalesNavigator to identify key decision-makers and build engaging outreach strategies. Also collaborate to support lead generation, onboarding, and ongoing client success.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of sales experience in programmatic advertising
- experience selling to independent agencies
- demonstrated expertise in prospecting and outbound sales
- strong negotiation and closing track record
- quota-driven success
- ability to explain technical/platform concepts to executives
- familiarity with Gong, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator
