Job Summary
We are seeking an Account Executive to spearhead new business development and foster relationships with enterprise customers in the healthcare sector, selling Neon’s automation platform. The role demands a computer-science-literate individual who can conduct deep discovery to understand prospect workflows, engage key decision-makers, and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to contract closure. Responsibilities include driving revenue targets, collaborating with marketing and customer success teams, overseeing implementation, and identifying expansion opportunities. Ideal candidates will possess enterprise SaaS sales experience, strong strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and a consultative approach to sales.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in enterprise software sales
- Experience managing complex sales cycles
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience with sales tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong)
- Excellent program management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise SaaS sales
- Strong technical and consultative sales skills
- Comfortable discussing technical details with IT leaders
- Experience in sales engineering or tech-forward consulting
