Account Executive - National Accounts (West Region)

Job Summary
Develop and execute account growth strategies for assigned national accounts by partnering with Inside Sales Representatives to identify opportunities and expand relationships. Consult with senior decision-makers to understand business challenges, recommend tailored solutions, and negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements. Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through implementation, while coordinating customer meetings, presentations, and onsite visits to strengthen partnerships. Identify and engage new stakeholders within existing organizations to drive revenue growth and ensure customer success while maintaining accurate sales activity and expense reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Field sales experience in a consultative selling environment
- Experience selling services, software, subscriptions, or other solution-based offerings
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel approximately 50%
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Strong consultative selling and business development abilities
- Ability to communicate complex regulatory or industry concepts in a clear, customer-focused manner
- Proven negotiation and account management skills
- Strong presentation and executive communication capabilities
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
- Results-oriented mindset
- Candidates must reside within the West region territory
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Transportation, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), or regulatory compliance industries preferred
