Job Summary
Manage and execute daily marketing and business development activities within assigned territories, developing relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, and discharge planners. Negotiate service contracts and reimbursement agreements with managed care organizations, government agencies, and other payers to ensure maximum third-party reimbursement. Conduct market analysis, develop strategic marketing plans, and implement initiatives to achieve census and revenue goals while recruiting and overseeing team members. Ensure all activities comply with applicable healthcare laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare marketing or business development experience
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional referral networks
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
