Job Summary
Account Executive, MSP responsible for closing new SaaS revenue focused on small and mid-market MSP accounts. Position requires 100% focus on closing qualified leads, with territory planning, demo delivery, price negotiation, and managing full sales cycles. Hybrid in-office role based in Austin, TX (Downtown) or Tampa, FL (Oldsmar) with in-office days Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and additional days as required. Responsibilities include qualifying accounts, building a robust pipeline to meet/exceed annual sales goals, negotiating terms and discounts with leadership approval, delivering product demos, forecasting opportunities in Salesforce to hit quotas, and collaborating with SDR/marketing teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience selling SaaS software solutions to B2B prospects
- Experience selling to MSPs highly preferred
- Career history of consistent success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Polished communication and active listening skills
- Ability to deliver meaningful product demos to business and technical audiences
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- College degree preferred but not required
