Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for training dealership personnel on Vitu's platform, meeting with dealership management to review DMV processes, monitoring dealer compliance with DMV EVR & RIA procedures, maintaining relationships with dealership personnel, providing support via phone/chat/email, delivering proactive customer service, acting as Client Advocate to recommend improvements, conducting DMV compliance audits and training on DMV fee structures, and navigating a dealer's DMS to ensure accurate DMV fee calculations; role requires DMV knowledge, B2B account management experience, and ability to train via in-person and webinar formats.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Reports of Sale and other DMV documents for new and used vehicles
- Account management in a business-to-business environment is preferred
- Experience with DMV accounting and bundle reconciliation
- EVR program knowledge (E-filing)
- Knowledge of DMV regulations pertaining to registration processing
- Experience with Chrome and Firefox configuration and settings
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive
- Effective communication with high-level Executives
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Valid Driver’s License & Acceptable Driving Record
- Travel up to 150 miles
