Job Summary
Train dealership personnel on DMV paperwork procedures and conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to regulations. Meet with dealership management to review processes, monitor error rates and licenses, and deliver exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email. Navigate dealer DMS systems to verify fee calculations and resolve complex DMV issues. Provide in-person and webinar training, suggest program improvements, and maintain strong business relationships with key personnel. Requires a clean driving record, current state license, and strong communication skills. May involve travel up to 150 miles.

Desired Qualifications
- CA DMV title and registration experience
- Experience with Reports of Sale and other related DMV documents for both new and used vehicles
- Experience with DMV accounting and bundle reconciliation
- EVR program knowledge (E-filing)
- Knowledge of DMV regulations pertaining to registration processing
- Experience with Chrome and Firefox configuration and settings
- Able to use various PC programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive
