Job Summary
Strategic Account Executive to scale OneSignal’s global customer-engagement platform across North America, the UK, Canada, and Singapore. Responsibilities include managing net new and upsell revenue, qualifying inbound leads, generating outbound opportunities, leading discovery and pricing calls, conducting high-level platform demos, identifying partner/market opportunities, and evangelizing the product to prospective and existing clients. Collaborates with the SDR team to maintain an active pipeline and achieves quota. Requires 4+ years of software sales experience and familiarity with Martech, Customer Experience, Mobile SDKs, and Javascript. Hybrid role with a NY office component; remote options available in selected regions. Strong collaboration, proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a growth-oriented approach are valued.
