Account Executive, Mid-Market

Job Summary
Mid-Market Account Executive responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-market accounts, achieving revenue and retention goals, running full sales cycles from prospecting to close, and collaborating with Enterprise Account Executives on larger opportunities. You’ll apply AI-enabled tools for account research, forecasting, and engagement, use Salesforce, Gong/Chorus, and Tableau to monitor pipeline health and forecast accuracy, and draft personalized messaging and proposals to scale client engagement. Expect quarterly business reviews with clients to surface upsell opportunities, with occasional travel for client meetings and industry events. This role offers exposure to enterprise sales cycles, mentorship from senior AEs, flexible work locations, a competitive compensation package, and opportunities for career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferably SaaS, supply chain, or technology)
- Demonstrated success closing smaller deals or renewals while supporting larger enterprise opportunities
- Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools
- Strong account planning and territory management skills
- Ability to run discovery, present solutions, and negotiate contracts at manager/director levels
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
