Job Summary
Account Executive Mid-Market for the Benelux market responsible for managing the entire sales cycle for new Mid-Market accounts (turnovers between €10M-€250M) from prospecting to contract signature, engaging with C-Level executives to demonstrate value of Alma’s solutions, representing Alma at trade shows and conferences in Benelux/Europe, and optimizing internal processes to support scalability. The role requires 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, fluency in Dutch and English, strong communication and negotiation/contract-signing skills, proficiency in navigating the full sales cycle (prospecting to closing), and a proactive, analytical mindset in a fast-paced environment. Involves CRM-driven activity tracking, high ownership from day one, and contributing to revenue growth and category-building efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales (excluding internships & apprenticeships)
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience navigating the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Experience in negotiation and contract signing
- Strong sales orientation with an energetic approach
- Proven track record in outbound & inbound sales
- Self-driven, proactive, and well organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales process optimization
