Job Summary
Account Executive for Medical Supply Inside Sales role in Washington, DC with hybrid work arrangement. Responsible for full sales lifecycle within medical supply and Rx marketplace, generating opportunities, conducting cold outreach, building relationships with healthcare decision-makers, delivering product demonstrations, managing a healthcare-focused sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to develop pitches and outreach campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Completed 4-year college degree
- 2-3+ years of experience in medical sales, particularly with supplies, pharmaceuticals, or related healthcare products
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage in cold calling activities and drive lead conversion and sales growth
- Proven experience in outbound sales, including cold calling and pipeline development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident and professional demeanor
- Self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to learn about the industry
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
