Job Summary
Identify and nurture leads using digital tools, marketing campaigns, and CRM systems. Support the sales cycle by presenting Quadient solutions to key decision-makers and engaging with C-Suite leaders to understand business needs. Deliver clear communication to internal partners and external clients; collaborate across departments to support strong customer experiences. Entry-level to early-career candidates are welcome; must reside in or commute to Middlesex & Essex Counties, MA for local travel 2-3 days per week and have a valid driver’s license. Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commissions, a monthly car allowance, mileage reimbursement, and a one-time remote work stipend. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Residence in or commutable to Middlesex & Essex Counties, MA for local travel to customer accounts 2-3 days a week
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, or CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with both office and remote setup
