Job Summary
Account Executive for a Vancouver-based role focusing on influencer marketing within a rapidly growing martech platform. Owns the full sales cycle from outreach to close, collaborates with the BDR and Client Services teams to maintain a strong pipeline, delivers compelling product demos, uncovers brands’ influencer marketing goals, applies a BANT framework to qualify opportunities, and stays current on trends in influencer marketing, UGC, and content strategy to add value in client conversations. Requires 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, a proven track record of meeting sales targets in high-growth environments, and the ability to engage with marketing decision-makers. The role offers a starting CAD salary of 75k-85k with commission and remote hybrid flexibility in downtown Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (preferably in marketing technology, influencer marketing platforms, or related solutions)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience managing full sales cycles from lead qualification to close with a consultative, solution-based approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with C-level and marketing decision-makers
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with BDR, marketing, client services, and product
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills; CRM tools experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Self-starter with growth mindset in a fast-paced startup environment
