Job Summary
Account Executive/Marketer for Home Health in Ada, OK, responsible for relationship-building with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals; promote awareness of services and Medicare home health guidelines; conduct community education and public speaking engagements; develop and implement new programs to enhance service quality; address concerns from clients, families, and partners; monitor quality assurance and communicate updates; submit weekly education plans, provide quarterly action plans and prospect lists, manage budgets, and participate on agency committees; assist with new hire orientation and support office operations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, health, or related field OR licensure as a medical professional
- Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare marketing, public relations, or clinical practice
- Strong communication skills with families, patients, physicians, and healthcare facilities
- Professional, friendly demeanor
- Excellent verbal/written communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
