Job Summary
Account Executive in Marietta, GA, to lead growth for WARE’s boiler and steam rental/services. Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify prospects in a designated territory, gather business intelligence, design solutions to fit customer needs, cultivate new prospects and cross-sell to existing accounts, and drive new revenue. Must have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong prospecting and relationship-building skills, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Role includes a home-based office with travel, competitive base salary with generous commission, benefits, and a profit-sharing opportunity. Requires 5+ years of sales experience and a bachelor’s degree; boiler industry knowledge a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Five or more years of business-to-business sales experience
- Proven success in prospecting new customers, pipeline development and closing deals
- Strong communication abilities, negotiation skills, and time-management
- Self-starter with independence and accountability for hitting sales goals
- Strong mechanical or technical aptitude, boiler industry background a plus
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office software
