Job Summary
Account Executive (m/f/d) in automotive-focused AI projects. Own the end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity identification to scoping, negotiation, and closing of innovative AI-driven solutions for the Automotive and Mobility industries. Build strategic market insights on software-defined vehicles, smart manufacturing, and data-driven development; identify key OEMs and tier suppliers; translate customer needs into tailored AI systems in collaboration with Engineers and Project Owners. Develop and advance the go-to-market strategy within automotive contexts, drive long-term relationships with decision-makers in engineering, innovation, and digital units, and leverage Deep-Tech capabilities (Applied AI, LLMs, computer vision, edge AI, robotics) to deliver value across development, production, and product integration. Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with a proactive, data-driven approach to sales excellence and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Track record of 2-5 years in B2B sales, ideally in tech/automotive/consulting environments
- Proven experience managing complex B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and long decision processes
- Experience closing projects in six- to seven-figure ranges
- University degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related field (as listed in posting)
- Interest in emerging technologies, Applied AI, LLMs, Computer Vision, Edge AI, Robotics
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business value for customers
- Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills
- Willingness to collaborate with Engineers and Project Owners on AI solutions implementations
