Job Summary
Account Executive in Long-term Care Pharmacy responsible for driving sales to new and existing customers in the Long Term Care/Closed Door Pharmacy space; build relationships with key decision makers; manage a longer sales cycle; develop an opportunity plan and use BD offerings to align solutions with customer initiatives. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of BD and customer industry, including competitors, terminology, technology, trends, reimbursement and government regulation; leads pipeline balance and sustained results; collaborates across business units to execute the Solution Sales Process; requires 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and ability to travel up to 50%. On-site presence expected (minimum 4 days in office per week per policy) with remote/field-based arrangements noted in postings; vaccination/testing provisions may apply in certain locations. Primary work location: USA CA - San Diego Bldg A&B.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required – preferably in medical or business related studies.
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience required.
