Job Summary
Account Executive at Lofty responsible for driving new business by identifying, engaging, and closing prospective clients from solo agents to large brokerages; own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to demo, negotiation, and close; conduct high-quality product demonstrations tailored to the needs of individual agents, teams, and brokerages; build and manage a healthy pipeline through a combination of inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and referrals; develop deep expertise in Lofty's platform, including CRM, AI automation, IDX websites, and lead generation tools; meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets; collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to provide client feedback and improve messaging; accurately track all sales activity and forecasts in the CRM; stay current on real estate industry trends to position Lofty effectively against competitors.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to tailor your pitch to different buyer personas
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience managing a full sales cycle and maintaining an accurate pipeline
- Ethical and principled decision-making, adhering to high moral values.
