Job Summary

Account Executive responsible for actively prospecting new business opportunities via high-volume outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, virtual meetings and onsite customer meetings), identifying key decision makers, presenting Loadsmart’s pitch, driving complex sales cycles from initial contact to onboarding, guiding customers through integrations, contracts, RFPs and onboarding, building a strong pipeline of Enterprise and Mid-Market customers, coordinating with the Account Management team for retention, refining sales skills, and sharing customer feedback with Product/Engineering; requires 3+ years direct sales in Enterprise or Mid-Market B2B SaaS, strong English proficiency, autonomous work style, and familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Direct sales experience in Supply Chain SaaS
  • 3+ years direct sales experience with Enterprise or Mid-Market B2B Sales with a consistent track record of achieving quota
  • Excellent communication, customer service and project management skills
  • Willingness to work in a highly entrepreneurial and teamwork-oriented environment
  • Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred
  • Must be proficient in english
  • Able to work autonomously and have the ability to work independently
