Job Summary
Talent Solutions Account Executive to generate new business, respond to inbound inquiries and blanket your region with outbound activity. You will position LinkedIn’s Talent & Learning Solutions to prospective clients, build a strong pipeline, forecast transparently, identify customers’ objectives, uncover roadblocks, and multithread to establish strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include prospecting relentlessly, closing new business at or above quota, developing a strategic territorial plan, collaborating with peers to problem-solve, using sales processes and tools, coaching colleagues, sharing best practices, and conveying market insights to product and marketing teams. The role is based in Gurgaon, India, with a hybrid work arrangement (home and LinkedIn office on select days).
