Job Summary
Entrepreneurial, remote Account Executive role focusing on building and executing a new sales strategy for legal and government-payment assets. Identify, engage, and close opportunities with prospective law firm partners; manage introductions, diligence, and deal progression; maintain a robust pipeline; negotiate commercial terms and drive transactions to close. Partner with leadership to refine strategy, tailor messaging, and target profiles; help establish scalable sales processes and best practices as the strategy expands.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in full cycle sales, business development, investment sourcing, or other relevant relationship-driven roles
- Proven track record of independently sourcing and closing opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder decision-making processes
- Comfortable operating with autonomy, including building target lists and outreach
