Job Summary
Drive account retention and growth with large enterprise clients by identifying opportunities for contract expansion and introducing new services and products. Achieve a quota of approximately $1M in contract value across 5-10 accounts, building trust with C-level executives. Collaborate across teams and leverage networking to acquire new business. Requires 5+ years of sales experience, with significant exposure to tech environments and senior leaders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience
- At least 2 years in a tech/IT environment
- Direct sales experience within a software vendor, system integrator, IT consultancy & services, or similar environment
- Experience selling to senior leaders, preferably the CIO
- Track record of consistent (over)achievement on goals and targets
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in Finnish and English
- Experience using Challenger Sales or a similar sales method
