Job Summary
Account Executive (LATAM) responsible for driving B2B SaaS sales across LATAM, owning the full sales cycle from discovery to close for mid-market opportunities. Educate potential customers on the value of respond.io, provide tailored solutions based on clients' business needs, and develop strategic plans to expand usage, upsell, and cross-sell. Manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously, handle inbound inquiries including billing, legal, security, and technical concerns, and collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and other teams to align feedback with product improvements. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitors to effectively position Respond.io’s offerings, while supporting the team with additional responsibilities as needed. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; French is a valuable asset. Flexible, dynamic environment with a highly competitive compensation package and remote-friendly working arrangement.
