Job Summary
Account Executive in Minneapolis leading growth of client relationships in staffing/recruiting, targeting architecture, engineering, manufacturing and HR managers. Drive the full sales process via in-person meetings, phone, email, social media, and events; identify decision-makers; lead job-order flow with hiring managers and internal teams; meet technical hiring decision-makers and field new client requests; leverage databases, social media, and networking to identify managers and HR decision-makers; provide feedback to management on improvements. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred
- Experience selling recruiting or staffing industry services required
- Three years' business-to-business outside sales experience strongly desired
- Strong interest in developing new business relationships
- Must have superior communication abilities during in-person and video customer meetings, phone calls, and industry events
- Must be self-driven, competitive, and a positive team player
