Job Summary
Manage hotel level relationships within the Global Key Accounts portfolio; engage with hotel partners to highlight revenue growth opportunities; communicate via phone, email, and webinars; use data and dashboards to prioritize tasks; execute focused project sprints; train partners on Agoda’s technologies, tools and models; prioritize daily tasks and track progress in internal systems; respond to partner requests promptly. Requires 3+ years in business development or execution, fluency in English and Japanese, strong communication skills, data-driven mindset, autonomous and results-driven attitude, proficiency in PowerPoint/Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development or execution role preferred
- Fluency in English and Japanese language is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills
- Autonomous and result driven
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work under pressure in a competitive industry/rapidly changing environment
