Job Summary

Account Executive to drive new business and expand existing customer relationships in the DACH region from the Munich office. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and deal closure, delivering tailored product demonstrations and presentations, and communicating value propositions. Build deep product expertise, collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience, and provide accurate pipeline updates and forecasting. Represent Kaseya at industry events to strengthen market presence in DACH.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and German
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or Account Executive role, preferably within IT, SaaS, or software
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience using CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience
