Job Summary
Sell directly to niche market accounts to increase premium volume and retain profitable business by providing quality service; build and maintain relationships with policyholders and collaborate with underwriting, claims, loss control, audit, and customer service teams; pursue all niche market opportunities within the Kansas captive territory; leverage existing customer relationships for new growth; requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience and the ability to obtain P&C and Life licenses; remote-work capability and travel as needed in the Kansas territory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience/related sales experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain P&C license
- Ability to obtain and maintain Life license
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work remotely
- Strong communication and analytical skills
