Job Summary
Account Executive role responsible for developing and growing the Lilly Pulitzer Signature Store portfolio, planning and executing sales plans, and driving initial sales projections and reorders. The Associate will support market sell-in four times a year, present product classifications, drive bookings during markets, and travel as needed to account portfolios. Key responsibilities include brand presentation, visual merchandising, account operations, sales growth, product knowledge, and maintaining strong communications with accounts. The role requires travel to accounts, a four-year college degree, and 2-4 years of retail, buying, or wholesale experience, with proficiency in Joor, Looker, Outlook, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe. The position can be fully remote with travel to the home office in King of Prussia, PA and showrooms in NYC and Palm Beach, or hybrid based out of King of Prussia. Domestic travel is expected; some periods may require flexible working hours. Lilly Pulitzer emphasizes equality and CSR in its operations.
Required Qualifications
- A four-year college degree is required
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Working knowledge of Joor, Looker, Outlook, Microsoft Suite and Adobe
- Experience in Retail, buying or wholesale preferable
