Job Summary
Account Executive IV for Financial Institutions responsible for managing a regional quota within a Major & Strategic Accounts sales team. Deliver digital & analog marketing, payments, deposit & loan acquisition, and other engagement solutions to a designated bank/credit union client base; develop account plans; identify & qualify new opportunities; partner with internal strategists, SMEs, and business analysts to achieve and exceed sales targets. Build strong relationships across client organizations, from frontline marketing and operations to senior executives, and craft proposals and strategic presentations with delivery teams to meet client needs. Requires travel (50%) and a track record of 7-10+ years in sales, with experience in multi-channel marketing, and a background in financial services, fintech, or SaaS-focused roles. Base salary offered in the listed range with eligible incentives; Bachelor’s degree required and advanced degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (Required)
- 7-10 years in a quota carrying sales role
- Experience with multi-channel marketing disciplines
- Recent solutions sales experience within a bank, credit union, fintech, SaaS, consulting, or other financial services related company; marketing discipline preferred
- 1-3 years experience and proficiency required in Marketing, Media, Advertising
