Job Summary
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue in the Finance & Operations segment by managing the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiations, and contracting. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers while understanding customer needs to propose value-added solutions leveraging Microsoft's D365 platforms. Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, marketing, and business development teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements and drive lead generation campaigns. Demonstrate the ability to hunt new business opportunities and nurture a robust pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions, preferably in the ERP domain
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or other ERP systems and their business benefits
- Prior consulting services sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or other ERP systems
- Microsoft or equivalent Enterprise Applications experience
- 5+ years face-to-face selling experience
- Microsoft product suite expertise including D365, PowerApps and Business Central
- Demonstrated ability to hunt new business opportunities
- Ability to build and foster strong customer relationships in existing customer base
- Strong customer-centric approach
- Ability to network across a complex organization
- Skills in managing multiple commercial processes (new business sales), forecasting precisely and identifying challenges to positive commercial outcomes
- Desire to be involved in a rapidly growing business and take a leadership role in helping it thrive
- Strong personality motivated by continual improvement and self-development
- Understanding of Microsoft's Business Applications (Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Project Operations)
