Job Summary
Account Executive for the Israel SMB market, based in Dublin (4 days in the office), focusing on end-to-end sales of Salesforce AI CRM and Agentforce. Lead new business and expansion within existing accounts, balancing whitespace prospecting with strategic growth. Employ a consultative, solution-selling approach to identify business challenges and align AI and Data solutions to customer goals. Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders through digital engagement and in-person meetings; collaborate with Business Development, Pre-Sales, and Marketing to optimize the market funnel. Language requirements include full professional fluency in Hebrew and English; relocation support is provided to facilitate moving to Dublin. This role emphasizes quota attainment, territory/account planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth in Israel’s SMB market.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success of quota carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience
- Fluency in Hebrew and English (full professional)
- Ability to lead end-to-end sales cycles in the Israel SMB market
- Experience with solution selling and identifying compelling value propositions
- Strong relationship-building skills with C-level decision-makers
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Pre-Sales, and Marketing
- Ability to develop territory and account plans to achieve sales objectives
- Strong discovery and qualification skills, including uncovering customer needs and goals
- Excellent communication skills (writing, speech, presentations) and use of tools (Whiteboarding, Slack, Google Slides, Zoom)
- Track record of achieving or exceeding quota
- Experience with selling AI/Data solutions is a plus
- Experience with multi-cloud or CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Comfort with relocation and working in Dublin-based hub
