Job Summary
Account Executive to expand NayaOne's footprint in the U.S. insurance sector, focusing on large Property & Casualty and Life carriers. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to implementation hand-offs, develop trusted executive relationships (C-level and EVP/SVP levels), and manage a 3x pipeline with $6M+ pipeline for a $2M quota. Travel about 30-35% for client meetings and industry events. Targeted focus on new logo acquisition, enterprise SaaS adoption, and collaboration with product/solutions teams to map client needs to platform capabilities. Role requires 7-10+ years of enterprise sales experience, deep insurance-domain understanding, and ability to navigate procurement, legal, risk, and security reviews; operates in a fully remote capacity with preferred locations in Columbus/Cincinnati (OH), Chicago (IL), Nashville (TN), or Detroit (MI). Compensation target: $250K-$300K (base + commission) with benefits and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years enterprise sales experience
- Experience selling enterprise SaaS to financial institutions or insurance carriers
- Ability to navigate large organizations and build executive-level relationships
- Strong communication, writing, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with accountability and drive to exceed goals
- Comfortable operating with minimal support infrastructure
