Job Summary
Account Executive to nurture and expand relationships with prospective customers to achieve sales goals and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include understanding client needs and tailoring solutions, identifying opportunities for account growth and new business development, collaborating with internal teams (sales, sales engineering, quote fulfillment, customer care) to address customer needs, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits, ensuring client satisfaction, and staying updated on industry trends and competitors.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Customer-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously
