Job Summary
Account Executive II responsible for managing inbound leads and an existing book of business, serving as the primary contact through the sales process from initial contact to deal closure. Responsibilities include building relationships, identifying strategic long-term clients, creating and managing plans to achieve sales objectives, assisting customers in selecting the best rapid manufacturing technology for development projects, coordinating with the sales engineering team to develop quotes, delivering technical presentations at customer seminars and industry events, and reporting industry trends and competitor information. Requires 3+ years of quota-carrying full-cycle sales experience in a high-volume inbound environment, Salesforce CRM proficiency, strong negotiation skills, a Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or related field, and the ability to work onsite 3 days a week in a hybrid setup.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of sales experience in a quota-carrying full cycle sales role
- Experience in a high volume inbound sales role
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom/WebEx/GoToMeeting
- CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems
- Strong negotiation skills and results driven
- High energy with positive attitude to comfortably engage with and sell to customers
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced high growth environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Ability to work onsite 3 days a week
