Job Summary
Account Executive role selling iHeartMedia's Broadcast and Digital Marketing products. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities through in-person client meetings and research, maintaining consistent daily cold-calling, and nurturing existing business using the full suite of products. Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and deliver compelling data-driven sales presentations. Key skills include relationship-building, problem-solving, persuasive communication, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and ability to plan and manage projects to completion. Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networks is expected. Onboarding spans a structured 7-week program with ongoing coaching and performance support.
