Job Summary

Oversee product preparation, proposals, sell-in, and account administration while coordinating with Logistics, Order Management, Production, and Merchandising to maximize commercialization. Develop actionable plans to achieve annual sales goals, monitor YTD performance against monthly budgets, and identify opportunities to drive incremental sales. Secure and manage bulk buys, cost requests, and art requests across departments, run daily NSR and open order reports, and conduct virtual or in-person market visits for line presentations and relationship building. Track international sales performance, currency impacts, and margin fluctuations while maintaining weekly account updates and liaising with retailer planning teams. Requires 4+ years of sales experience exceeding quotas, proficiency in Excel and database systems, and the ability to navigate global retail landscapes and cultural nuances.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education or experience
  • 4 years of sales experience exceeding quotas
  • Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced Excel) and database systems
  • Strong business judgement and sense of urgency and can work independently under critical time frames and work on multiple assignments
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret data and draw valid conclusions that show understanding and insight with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to be extremely flexible and adaptable in completing a diverse range of assignments in a timely manner, adaptable to change and have the ability to prioritize projects and workload
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to apply good work habits to effectively complete assigned tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of the department and company
  • Ability to travel to international accounts and markets when needed

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with international accounts or working with global distributors/retailers is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of international logistics, compliance requirements, customs documentation
  • Ability to navigate cultural nuances and communication styles across markets
  • Familiarity with currency fluctuations and their impact on pricing and margin
  • Experience analyzing global market trends and applying findings to sales strategies
