Job Summary
Field-based Account Executive in Psychiatry territory covering Denver, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, and Albuquerque. Develops and maintains strategic business relationships with corporate and senior management in key accounts to increase access, sales, and market share of the assigned product. Collaborates with Federal Account Executive teams to identify opportunities within the VA, and partners with regional and district teams to penetrate target accounts. Provides strategic direction on target accounts, analyzes data to assess profitability and impact, and drives annual business plans and execution. Requires HCIR credentialing to access facilities, strong networking and leadership skills, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Travel within the territory is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
- 3+ Years of Health Science Field or Sales experience with a minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical sales
- In lieu of degree 8+ Years of Health Science Sales experience with minimum of 4 years in pharmaceutical sales
- Demonstrated ability to network and partner effectively across functional areas
- An essential requirement of your position is to satisfy all HCIR credentialing requirements to gain and maintain entry into facilities and organizations in your assigned territory
- Excellent organizational/project management and leadership skills
- Proven record of managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments
