Job Summary

Deliver effective on-label technical presentations and sales calls to approved Movement Disorder Specialists and neurologists to maximize business opportunities and achieve sales quotas for Parkinson's products. Serve as the lead US commercial contact for targeted accounts, developing strategic territory plans and adapting tactics based on customer needs and geographical dynamics. Build and maintain relationships with patient advocacy groups and support organizations while attending local neurology society meetings and conferences to enhance product awareness. Remain current on clinical, market, and payer developments specific to Parkinson's Disease and complete all required training and HCIR credentialing. Drive sales aimed at increasing education on product benefits and addressing therapeutic gaps within the assigned geography.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field
  • Minimum 2 years sales or account management experience
  • 3+ Years of Health Science Field or Sales experience with a minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical sales
  • In lieu of degree 8+ Years of Health Science Sales experience with minimum of 4 years in pharmaceutical sales
  • Demonstrated ability to network and partner effectively across functional areas
  • Excellent organizational/project management and demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proven record of managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Must be available for weekend shifts
  • Must be able to drive a personal auto or company car or truck, or a powered piece of material handling equipment
  • Must satisfy all applicable health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements
  • Must be in good standing and/or eligible to obtain HCIR credentials
  • Must be able to obtain background checks
  • Must be able to undergo drug screens
  • Must provide proof of immunization/vaccination for various diseases
  • Must undergo fingerprinting
  • Must obtain specific licenses required by individual state or cities
  • Must reside within a commutable distance of the posted city
  • Must be able to attend and actively participate in local neurology society meetings, conferences, patient programs, support groups, advocacy events, etc., some of which occur in the evenings or weekends
