Job Summary
Account Executive for Advanced Surgical Instruments in Springfield, MO, selling Ethicon surgical devices to surgeons and hospital decision makers in the operating room. Responsible for owning a defined territory, meeting or exceeding sales forecasts, demonstrating proper product use to clinicians, handling objections, conducting concise and compliant sales presentations, staying informed on market and competitive data, building strong relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and distributors, and collaborating with peers and marketing to drive growth in energy and endomechanical platforms. Requires a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of medical device or B2B sales experience; operating-room sales experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
