Job Summary
Account Executive for CleanRiver’s Hospitality vertical responsible for driving revenue growth in hotels, resorts, conference centers, and food-service environments. Build and manage a robust sales funnel through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and collaboration with Marketing; grow a portfolio of accounts, meet or exceed revenue quotas; develop annual sales plans with metrics and weekly/monthly/quarterly work plans; identify large-scale RFPs and high-value accounts; present CleanRiver solutions to operational leads through in-person and virtual meetings; manage Salesforce activity (forecasts, pipeline, quotes, client records); collaborate with Inside Sales and Marketing to respond to quotes and develop collateral; represent CleanRiver at industry tradeshows. Requirements include post-secondary degree or diploma, 3+ years of B2B sales, ability to travel up to ~15% in Canada/US, strong communication skills, and experience selling to both public and private sector organizations. The role is hybrid with 3 days in-office per week in Aurora, Ontario; the posting emphasizes sustainability and environmental impact, SaaS-like CRM proficiency, and a hunter sales mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience selling to both public and private sector organizations
- Full sales cycle experience from cold to close
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business technologies
- Ability to travel within Canada and the U.S. up to ~15%
