Job Summary
Drive growth for Focus Home Health by expanding the local referral network and building trusted partnerships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs/ALFs, and community providers throughout the San Jose area. Responsibilities include conducting in-services, presentations, and educational meetings; promoting the full range of clinical services; collaborating with agency leadership on marketing and growth strategies; maintaining referral source activity and CRM data; managing a structured territory plan with regular visits; developing quarterly sales and growth strategies; identifying new business opportunities and market trends; and achieving referral-growth targets. Strong communication, relationship-building, independence in managing a territory, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals are required for success.
Required Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license and auto insurance
