Job Summary
Account Executive in Home Health responsible for driving referral growth across TX/other states by developing strategic relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and community agencies; own territory plans, perform targeted outreach, conducts sales calls and presentations, serves as liaison between referral sources and home health services, tracks activity and market changes, and participates in marketing efforts (lunch and learns, health fairs, CEU programs); requires strong communication, self-direction, and ability to work with colleagues to expand patient access to home health care services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in home care sales or related industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (internal/external communications, presentations, databases, spreadsheets)
- CRM experience preferred
