Job Summary
Increase market share by sustaining and growing key established accounts while identifying new referral sources through prospecting, lead generation, and sales calls within your assigned territory in Florence, AL. Meet with and educate referral sources on agency services, appropriate documentation criteria for patient admission, and the insurance payer mix alignment required for company expectations. Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategies to drive key account development for existing and prospective clients. This role supports Adoration Health's mission to provide compassionate home care services to patients, families, and caregivers in the Florence area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- More than 2 years of sales experience
- Successful experience in business development or healthcare-related role
