Account Executive (Home Health)

Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for managing a sales territory in home health, developing referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and other sources; sets daily call schedules; identifies high-potential accounts; conducts market assessments and develops a marketing plan; participates in account reviews and committee activities; demonstrates value-based selling to referral sources; delivers presentations and in-services; collaborates with clinical team and supports the admission/referral process; requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and at least three years of healthcare marketing/sales experience; prior home health sales success preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or three years of progressive experience in marketing and sales (healthcare industry preferred)
- At least three years’ experience in home health or another related healthcare industry
- Documented sales success/awards from previous positions
