Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for driving new partner acquisition and revenue growth for Sparrow’s credit-union marketing platform. Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through close—building relationships with credit union executives and guiding them to adopt Sparrow’s marketing platform. Lead demos and presentations, negotiate contracts, and partner with Marketing and Customer Success to optimize the buyer journey and accelerate onboarding. Must be a strategic, quota-carrying closer with 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, capable of engaging senior executives, and comfortable working in an in-person NYC office.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients
- Comfort engaging senior executives (CEOs, CMOs, COOs)
- Proven ability to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Autonomy and ownership in a startup environment
- In-person office-based role in New York City
