Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for driving sales of Tapcheck's on-demand pay solution, prospecting potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating and closing sales, and building relationships with key decision-makers across industries (including QSRs, Retail, and Healthcare). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. This remote-friendly role emphasizes strategic planning, outbound prospecting, and delivering compelling presentations to win new business.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive for success
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Experience using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
