Job Summary
Account Executive at Looma (remote) reporting to VP of Brand Partnerships. Build and grow relationships with senior stakeholders across CPG brands, agencies, and retail media partners; drive full-cycle sales from prospecting through close across a high-volume book; manage multiple opportunities with short to medium deal cycles; develop strategic account plans to expand partnerships into household, beauty, and personal care; collaborate cross-functionally to deliver strong client outcomes; navigate complex CPG and agency buying structures including trade budgets and agency allocations; maintain Salesforce hygiene, pipeline management, forecasting, and timely client communication; leverage data and insights to craft compelling client narratives for strategic conversations; travel 1–2 times per month for client meetings across the US; Chicago-based candidates strongly preferred; NYC or near an airport also considered.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in media sales, retail media, shopper marketing, agency sales, or related client-facing revenue roles
- Proven track record of closing multiple deals in fast-paced environments
- Experience managing a high-volume account portfolio with strong responsiveness and client engagement
- Strong understanding of the CPG landscape, agency ecosystem, and retail media environment
- Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
- Highly resilient, adaptable, and comfortable handling rejection and ambiguity
- Strong operational discipline with experience managing pipelines and forecasting in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Passion for building and scaling within a growing organization
- Travel 1–2 times per month for client meetings and relationship-building opportunities across the US
