Job Summary
Account Executive role focused on developing and expanding Medicare/PACE partnerships within the designated territory, leading client relationships, account planning, and retention. Responsibilities include managing PACE partnerships, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities, coordinating across service lines for client success, facilitating contract renewals, delivering monthly/quarterly client-facing reports, and supporting implementation with new partners. Requires strong leadership, business development, ability to conduct presentations, and travel up to 3 days per week. Bachelor’s degree or higher and 6+ years in sales or client service in healthcare are expected. Masters degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Business, Sales, or related degree, required.
- Masters degree preferred.
- 6+ years progressive experience in sales or a customer/client service role.
- Experience in Healthcare.
- PACE experience, required.
- Solid industry knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Travel: 3 days/week, when necessary.
