Job Summary
Account Executive in hospitality, restaurants, and lifestyle communications. Support day-to-day account work, creative brainstorms, and thoughtful media outreach for multiple clients; develop strategy with senior team members; handle press materials, social content, and event support; strengthen media relationships for national and local placements; contribute to client events and agency initiatives; manage CRM (Copper) and track time in Harvest; draft social content and represent Becca at industry events. Requires 2-4 years in PR/communications, strong writing and organizational skills, and genuine interest in hospitality; prior agency experience preferred. Hybrid work model (Mo in office, Tu-Th in-office, Fri remote) included; salary range $65K-$75K; comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in public relations or a related communications field
- Genuine interest in hospitality and a passion for roster of clients
- Proven experience in media relations with established press contacts
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Prior agency experience preferred; comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
