Job Summary
Account Executive for Health and Civilian Markets responsible for growing the firm’s footprint with federal health and civilian agencies from relationship development through contract award and program execution. Requires deep agency relationships in health and civilian space, ability to generate pipeline, and accountability for delivery quality. Leverages Oracle modernization, cloud transformation, and health IT capabilities; targets agencies including CMS, NIH, FDA, HRSA, SAMHSA, DOJ, DHS, and other civilian cabinet agencies; works with centralized growth operations for capture, proposals, and market intelligence. Strong communication, client management, and executive-level credibility are essential.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen
- 15 or more years in federal IT services with a focus on health or civilian agency clients
- Demonstrated track record of developing customer relationships and winning new business in full-and-open competition
- Hands-on experience leading program delivery, with accountability for schedule, quality, and client satisfaction
- Familiarity with Oracle, cloud modernization, or federal health IT is a strong advantage
- Experience working in or alongside mid-tier GovCon firms where independent initiative matters as much as institutional support
- Strong communication and client management skills, with a track record of building trust at the program and executive level
- Ability to leverage a centralized growth operations team effectively while owning the customer relationship and competitive strategy personally
- Strong understanding of the federal procurement lifecycle, including task order competitions, IDIQ vehicles, and agency budget cycles
- Credibility with senior government customers at the SES and O-6 level and above
- Comfortable operating in a growth environment where not everything is built yet
